Design Challenge

This project required development of a number of conceptual interior ideas. Working in collaboration with the 2828 developer and Igor Silvestar (Silvestar Associates), we developed conceptual interior ideas for the lobby, library, corridors, cabana, rest rooms and elevator lobby.

Design Solutions

We offered several interior conceptual ideas that the developer could use to clarify his vision. These ideas where modified and given to local architects to design, develop, and finalize to construction specifications.
